Sprayground offers a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging with tags still attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Securely pack your items in the original box, ensuring all hangtags and accessories are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
